The Chalets des Fermes collection, is a selection of some of the most beautiful chalets or apartments available for rent in Megève and its surroundings. THE EXPERTISE OF MAISONS & HOTELS SIBUET

Once your property has been approved by our team, we will provide you with a "Net Proprietor" rental price scale, and draw up a list of additional chalet requirements, together with a proposal for any fittings that may be necessary. Our sales team, trained in luxury chalet sales, is on hand all year round, 7 days a week, to market your property in the best possible conditions. Our sales team travels all year round to the biggest tourism trade shows: USA, UK, Switzerland, Russia...
We also have our own network of customers, thanks to our establishments in prestigious destinations such as St Barths, St Tropez, the Luberon and, of course, Megève.
Our status as a real estate agent enables us to position ourselves as a genuine intermediary between owner and tenant. We carry out all the marketing activities required to promote your property, including staged photo shoots and video productions.
Once the customer has been identified, we take care of all the formalities, from reception to departure, including collecting the funds on behalf of the owner and managing the deposit. We receive a commission on the gross rent collected (excluding hotel services billed to the end customer). We then provide Les Fermes de Marie's 5-star hotel service throughout your stay, guaranteeing that your property will be perfectly maintained.
