Why entrust us with your chalet?
THE MAISONS & HÔTELS SIBUET EXPERTISE
Once your property has been approved by our teams, we provide you with a “net-to-owner” rental rate schedule. We compile a list of any additional needs for the chalet, along with a furnishing proposal if necessary. Our sales team, trained in selling luxury chalets, is available year-round, 7 days a week, to market your property under the best possible conditions. Throughout the year, our sales team attends major travel trade shows in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland.
We also have our own network of clients thanks to our locations in prestigious destinations: St. Barth, St. Tropez, the Luberon, and, of course, Megève.
As a licensed real estate and rental agency, we act as a genuine intermediary between the owner and the guest. We handle all the marketing required to promote your property, including a styled photo shoot and a video.
Once a guest has been found, we manage all the formalities, from arrival to departure, including collecting payments on the owner’s behalf and managing the security deposit. We receive a commission on the gross rent collected (excluding hotel services billed to the guest). Throughout the stay, we provide the 5-star hotel service of Les Fermes de Marie, guaranteeing the owner that their property is perfectly cared for.

: A Rigorous Selection
We take care to select only the most exquisite properties for our collection, reflecting the values of luxury and authenticity that have made Les Fermes de Marie renowned for more than 30 years.
Our selection includes properties located exclusively in Megève and its immediate surroundings. We visit every property to ensure the quality of its location and, above all, of the property itself and the amenities it offers.
Being part of the Les Chalets des Fermes collection is a mark of quality, and it also gives your chalet exceptional visibility.
