General Terms and Conditions of Sale Collection Chalets des Fermes

‍Reservation confirmation: A contract is drawn up upon confirmation of the stay. This contract includes all rental terms and conditions.

Payment : Reservations are considered firm only if accompanied by a deposit, deductible at the end of the agreed stay, of 25% of the total amount of the stay. The remaining balance of the stay is to be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival. A security deposit of 25% is to be paid no later than 15 days before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation: If the Client cancels his reservation, he/she will not be refunded the sums already paid for the :

- the deposit

- additional services already booked with the Service Provider for the organization of his stay.

If the Client withdraws more than 30 days before the contract takes effect, the Client will lose the deposit paid.

If the Customer withdraws less than 30 days before the Contract takes effect, the Customer must pay the Agent the full rent as a penalty clause.

Arrival: We will do our utmost to ensure that your chalet is ready as soon as possible. Please note, however, that this will only be possible from 5 p.m. onwards. Please let us know in case of late arrival.

Departure : The chalet must be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest. A penalty of the amount of the night will be applied for any departure after this time. Please note that our cottages are non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, you will be charged for the cost of cleaning up.
